Gate Key Cards for North and South Parks
Gate key cards are available by appointment only (Excluding Holidays). Please Email email@example.com for an appointment.
Property owners will be given one card free and they may purchase one additional card for $10.00. Non-Property owners who are residents may purchase up to two cards for $10.00 each.
Photo ID with proof of residence is required to receive gate passes.
Adhere to the warnings issued by the state and county. If the community is required to evacuate do so as soon as possible. We will not know the evacuation location until the warning goes out, and not all evacuation locations accept pets. Find a friend or family member that you can evacuate to. Your homeowners insurance does not cover Flooding. If you want Flood insurance it is only issued by the Federal Government and it takes 30 days to implement once all the forms and payment are submitted. Have any necessary supplies you will need: food, bottled water, medical supplies, Flashlights, battery powered radio, generators, pet supplies, etc. Please, remember to help your neighbors if they need assistance.
